At 24 years old, Rose Mann walked into a boardroom of Landlords and sold the vision of Farm Girl. 5 years later, She now employs 65+ staff, operates four different locations and has built one of London's most 'must-visit' cafes. How? An unwavering determination and focus on turning her idea into reality. ...and someone who *genuinely* does not take NO for an answer. This conversation will take you right back to Rose's roots and what led her standing in that boardroom at just 24 years old. All the way through to present day where she's now the co-owner of four different Farm Girl locations.
